Water polo national team of BiH finishes its campaign in U19 European Championship qualifiers

(Patria) - The water polo national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina has finished its campaign in the qualifiers for the U19 European Championship.

"After four fantastic days of the tournament in Trebinje, it can be said that we passed the real test. The excellent performance of the BiH national team and the organization of this competition have brought our country into the spotlight of European and world water polo. The audience in Trebinje led us to the first victories in the history of Bosnian-Herzegovinian water polo, and thus we showed how our sport unites and overcomes all obstacles," it was announced from the Water Polo Federation of BiH.

We have, it is added, proven that Bosnia and Herzegovina can be an example to everyone in sports and unity.

"We thank selector Stevan Nonković, who for the first time managed to form this national team and in a short period of time made huge progress in the game and work of our national team," it was stated in the announcement.
