13 goals scored in the sixth round, Koševo stadium the most visited

(Patria) - The match between GOŠK and Željezničar in Gabela, which ended with a 3:0 victory for the Sarajevo team, completed the sixth round of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A total of 13 goals were scored in this round, or 2.17 per match, and the matches were attended by 10,850 spectators, or an average of 1,808, as reported by SCsport.ba.

The highest attendance was recorded at the match between Sarajevo and Posušje, which was attended by 5,100 spectators.

Željezničar also achieved the most convincing victory in this round, with which they tied at the top of the table with Sarajevo, which drew 2:2 with Posušje at Koševo.

The Competition Committee of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina registered this match with the achieved result, stating that FK Sarajevo did not violate the provisions of the Rulebook on Football Competitions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, nor the provisions of the Competition Propositions of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, regarding the sending off of player Nidal Čelik.

"FK Sarajevo fulfilled all obligations in accordance with the Competition Propositions of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i.e., the obligation to register the minimum number of players under the age of 21 in the match sheet and the obligation to have the minimum number of players under the age of 21 on the field throughout the entire match.

At the moment when there was no player of FK Sarajevo under the age of 21 on the field, FK Sarajevo did not violate the provisions of Article 27, paragraph 2) of the Competition Propositions of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the 2024/25 competitive season, because a situation occurred that was caused by force majeure over which FK Sarajevo had no direct influence.

At the time of the player's sending off (Nidal Čelik), FK Sarajevo did not have the right, nor the possibility, to make a substitution, although there were still three players under the age of 21 on the FK Sarajevo bench for substitute players at that time.

Therefore, the match between FK Sarajevo and HŠK Posušje is registered with the achieved result," stated the Competition Committee.

The derby of the sixth round was played in Mostar, where Zrinjski and Borac shared the points, drawing 1:1.

Sloga achieved its first victory, defeating Široki Brijeg 1:0, while Igman secured an away victory, celebrating against Radnik with a score of 1:0.

Sloboda and Velež drew 1:1 in Tuzla.

After six played rounds, the top scorer is Sarajevo's footballer Giorgi Guliashvili with five goals, while Mihael Mlinarić from Velež and Sulejman Krpić from Željezničar have scored two goals less.
