Turkey Decimated Greece and Scheduled EuroBasket Final with Germany

(Patria) - The Turkish national team entered the EuroBasket final tonight with a phenomenal performance and a convincing victory over Greece, for the second time in history.

From the beginning to the end of the match, coach Ergin Ataman's players dominated the court at the arena in Riga and ultimately decimated the Greeks with a score of 94:68.

Ercan Osmani, the center for Efes, played the game of his life in the red jersey tonight, scoring 28 points. He was followed by Cedi Osman (17 points) and Alperen Sengun (15 points, 12 rebounds).

Greece's top scorer was veteran Kostas Sloukas with 15 points.

In the EuroBasket final, scheduled for Sunday at 8:00 PM, the national teams of Turkey and Germany will play.

For the bronze medal, at an earlier time (4:00 PM) on the same day, Greece and Finland will compete.
