Tottenham manager suggests introducing 'time-outs' in football

(Patria) - Manager of English football giant Tottenham Hotspur, Dane Thomas Frank (51) has proposed the introduction of "time outs" during matches.

- I would introduce a "time out" in each half. From a coaching perspective, I think it would be nice to have the opportunity during the match to talk to the players and be able to adjust something - Frank said in an interview with Bet MGM.

Coaches are currently not allowed to request an official time out, but convey instructions by shouting from the touchline.

Frank took over Tottenham this summer after managing Brentford for seven years, and before that Brondby and the youth teams of the Danish national team.

After the first three rounds, Tottenham is in fourth place with six points, three less than leader Liverpool.
