
(Patria) - Igokea basketball players defeated Sarajevo's Bosna tonight in Skenderija with a score of 77:74 in the first game of the BiH Championship final.
Igokea thus took a significant step towards defending the championship title.

The guests started the match better and finished the first quarter with a five-point lead. However, the home team did not give up and managed to stay within striking distance.
At halftime, the score was 38:34 in favor of the guests.
At the start of the second half, Igokea increased the pace, especially on offense, and built an eight-point lead before the final quarter.

In an exciting finish, the home team reduced the deficit, but Igokea managed to preserve the lead and secure a narrow victory.
The most efficient player of the match was Igokea's Jones with 22 points, while Gavrilović added 11.
For Bosna, Delalić stood out with 21 points, and Luke scored 13.

The rematch will be played on Saturday, and the title will be won by the team with the better aggregate point difference over the two games.
