(Patria) - The first two matches of the Champions League evening program have been played.
Cypriot Pafos, for which BiH national team player Ivan Šunjić plays, drew with Monaco (2:2), while in the second match, Copenhagen celebrated at home against Kairat Almaty with 3:2.
Pafos hosted the favored Monaco at home. The French took the lead through Minamino in the 5th minute, and David Luiz equalized in the 18th minute.
Balogun scored in the 26th minute for a new 2:1 lead for Monaco, and that was the result at halftime.
And when everyone thought it was all over, Šunjić appeared and made a great contribution to Pafos remaining undefeated tonight.
It was the 88th minute when Oršić sent a cross, and after Šunjić's header, the ball deflected off Mohammed Salisu into Monaco's net for a final score of 2:2.
