Referees seem to really like Borac: Banjaluka team had a player advantage in their third consecutive match

(Patria) - Banjaluka's Borac achieved their fifth consecutive victory today. In the last match of the 15th round of the BiH Premier League at their stadium, Borac defeated Sloga from Doboj with 4-0, writes Faktor.ba.

The BiH champion achieved the triumph with goals in the second half, after the team from Doboj was left with one player less in the 53rd minute.

Franko Dadić and Enver Kulašin were involved in the incident, and referee Miloš Gigović called a foul for the Banjaluka team. A few moments later, the referee from Bosanska Gradiška ran to the VAR monitor and after a brief review decided to show the Sloga player a red card, even though he initially did not show him even a yellow card. In the VAR room today were Danijel Perić (Bijeljina) and Mirza Kazlagić (Cazin).

We remind you that this was the third consecutive match where referees made Borac's job easier by showing their opponents a red card. Besides today's duel, referees showed Sloga a red card in the match between the two teams played about ten days ago. And Borac turned the score around against Austrian LASK thanks to having an extra player.

Savić gave the home team the lead in the 66th minute, and five minutes later Despotović doubled the advantage. In the closing minutes, Kulašin (82) and Čavić (84) also scored.
