Court in Banja Luka confirms indictment against ef. Štulanović, calling RS a genocidal creation, what about genocide denial?

(Patria) - Professor of the Islamic Pedagogical Faculty in Bihać, theologian and efendija Muharem Štulanović has been indicted for labeling the Republika Srpska as a "genocidal creation".

The indictment against him was filed by the entity prosecutor's office and confirmed by the District Court in Banja Luka.

Štulanović is accused of the criminal offense of damaging the reputation of the RS and its peoples.

- On January 13, 2023, in a religious building - a mosque located in the complex of the Islamic Pedagogical Faculty at Žegarska aleja street number 14 in Bihać, during a religious ceremony - Friday prayer, which is performed only on Fridays, the accused gave a speech lasting 24:24 minutes in which he stated, among other things: "as a consequence, the Republika Srpska was created and formed, whose birth they celebrate on January 9th. Precisely because of that genocidal creation that was born and came to life on January 9th in the form of the genocidal creation eRS".

- As stated in the indictment, and as reported by Glas Srpske, he said in his speech "So, brothers, everything in our power must be done, and only then rely on dear God, the international community, and someone else..."

It was further stated that the accused, in his speech, exposed the RS to ridicule, contempt, and gross belittling by labeling it a genocidal creation.

Unofficially, Štulanović uttered the aforementioned words in front of believers while commenting on the formation of the RS and the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The policy of the RS has once again proven to be fruitful for the interests of that entity, succeeding in denying Bosniaks the right to say what has been unequivocally ruled by the highest international law instance, the Hague Tribunal.

And the Hague Tribunal has ruled in several cases that the political and military leadership of the RS is responsible for committed crimes, from Joint Criminal Enterprise, to genocide, along with ethnic cleansing, rape, urbicide, culturicide... In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS has been convicted of committing genocide and a wider range of crimes.

The entire leadership of the RS, which on January 9th made the decision on "Serbian Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina", was prosecuted and convicted before the international court, and it is impossible to explain how an entity formed with such ringleaders can prosecute someone who accuses them of being a genocidal creation.

On the other hand, the prosecutor's offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina feign ignorance when genocide is denied from the RS, which is a criminal offense according to the Criminal Code of BiH.

Either someone will step forward and clearly stand against the outlaw policies from the RS, or the situation will escalate in an undesirable direction.
