The BiH champion started the match better, and then the hosts took possession of the ball. In the 24th minute, after a set piece, Borac's net shook, but with VAR assistance, Petrović's goal was disallowed due to an offside position.

Until the end of the first half, there were no more excitements, and the score remained 0:0.

At the beginning of the second half, Borac threatened through Savić, and then Ogrinec. The team from Banja Luka was brave, and it paid off in the end.

In the 64th minute, Stefan Savić crossed from a set piece, it seemed the ball didn't touch anyone in the penalty area and ended up in APOEL's net.

In the 73rd minute, Abagna's long-range shot, it went just wide of Borac's goal.
