Džanan Musa's great performance in Dubai's triumph over Partizan

(Patria) - Dubai Basketball Club defeated Partizan tonight with a score of 89:76 at the start of the new EuroLeague season, thus announcing serious ambitions in their debut appearance in this competition.

The team from the United Arab Emirates dominated from the very beginning, making a key difference with a series of three-pointers in the first quarter when they hit all six attempts and took a double-digit lead.

One of the most deserving of the triumph was the representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Džanan Musa, who scored 19 points and dished out five assists, once again confirming that he will play an important role in the Dubai team.

Bertans was the most effective with 20 points, while Kabengele added 15.

As for other BiH basketball players in Dubai, Kenan Kamenjaš made his official EuroLeague debut, and Kosta Kondić also played in this match.

Partizan had its moments, especially at the beginning of the second half when they managed to take the lead with an 8:0 run, but the hosts responded immediately and pulled away again.

In the end, Željko Obradović's team had no answer for Dubai's inspired offense. The best players for the black and white team were Jones with 13 points, Osetkowski with 12, and Parker with 11.
