Szijjártó supports Dodik: A witch hunt against politicians who defend national interests

(Patria) - On a global level, a witch hunt is underway against politicians who openly oppose the international liberal mainstream, bravely advocating for national interests, said Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó.

"In the United States, the most promising candidate for the upcoming presidential elections is facing criminal charges. In Slovakia, a prominent leader of the most promising party for the upcoming parliamentary elections has been arrested, while in Bosnia and Herzegovina, an indictment has been raised against the democratically elected leader of the Serbian community," said Szijjártó, referring to the indictment against Milorad Dodik.

He said that the international liberal mainstream does not shy away from any harsh intervention, including the use of police and judicial means, when it feels its power is at stake.

"Where are Transparency International, Amnesty, and the Helsinki Committee in such moments?" Szijjártó asked.
