(Patria) - The head coach of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team, Sergej Barbarez, ended up in hospital after feeling unwell during the day yesterday.
As reported by Sportske.ba, Barbarez sought medical assistance, and after an emergency admission to CUM, he was transferred to the Department of Gastroenterology at the Bijeli Brijeg hospital.
It was confirmed by the Mostar hospital that Barbarez was admitted and referred for further tests.
According to unofficial information, the issue is caused by gallstones, due to which the coach suffered severe pain and was unable to attend the traditional jumps from the Old Bridge.
