(Patria) - Reactions from Serbian officials and the BiH entity of Republika Srpska to the announcement of the adoption of the United Nations Resolution on the Genocide in Srebrenica are the best proof that current official Serbian policy has not abandoned its criminal Greater Serbia goals and the implementation of policies defined in the SANU memorandums.
This is most clearly confirmed by the fascist statements of Milorad Dodik that "Serbs cannot live with Muslims, Bosniaks" and that "25 percent of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina is enough for Bosniaks," the SDA stated in a press release.
These statements by Dodik are the most direct threats to Bosniaks since the time of Radovan Karadžić's threats. Because the idea that "Serbs cannot live with Bosniaks" and that Bosniaks should be confined to 25 percent of the territory can only be achieved by initiating a new spiral of evil and violence, such as the one initiated by Milošević, Karadžić, Mladić, and others, the SDA added.
They added that the policy of "separating peoples" and ethnic cleansing that they led resulted in genocide and other grave war crimes. But it also led to the suffering of the Serbian people and life sentences for most Serbian war leaders. At the same time, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bosniaks have survived, which should be a clear lesson and message to everyone.
"Political heirs of convicted war criminals now want to prevent discussions about genocide and crimes, presenting it as an 'attack on the Serbian people.' In reality, those who persistently cause irreparable damage to the Serbian people, not someone else, are burdening it with collective guilt for the misdeeds of individuals. At the same time, while talking about the 'endangerment of Serbs,' they threaten and insult Bosniaks, and in Srebrenica, where genocide was committed, they want to Serbify this city by changing street names," the SDA pointed out.
They concluded: "The UN Resolution on the Genocide in Srebrenica is needed precisely because of them and their policies. In addition, more decisive and concrete steps are needed from all those who will support the adoption of the Resolution to help stop such policies in time."
