Schmidt in Belgrade with Vučić, reported on X in Cyrillic

(Patria) - High Representative Christian Schmidt spoke today in Belgrade with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.

After the meeting, Schmidt, interestingly, posted on platform X in Cyrillic script.

"A good and open conversation with President Vučić. We discussed all current topics in BiH, with an emphasis on the RS.

I appreciate the constant support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of BiH from President Vučić," Schmidt stated.

Vučić, as usual, informs the entire Serbian public about his daily activities on his Instagram profile. Unlike Schmidt, he did so in Latin script.

"With Mr. Schmidt, I discussed current events, European integration, and development processes in the region.

I emphasized that Serbia strongly advocates for good neighborly relations, cooperation, and stability, as well as respect for international public law, which are necessary prerequisites for any further economic and social progress.

I reiterated our unequivocal support for the Dayton Peace Agreement, which simultaneously respects the territorial integrity of both BiH and the Republika Srpska within BiH. Serbia will not support anything contrary to this," Vučić stated.
