Sarajevo's Bosna defeated Zlatibor in Skenderija and secured a playoff spot

(Patria) - Sarajevo's Bosna tonight, in the final round of the ABA 2 League Top 8 phase, defeated the Zlatibor team from Čajetina with a score of 98:57.

With tonight's triumph in front of their home crowd in Skenderija, the Students definitively secured a spot in the playoffs.

KK Bosna played one of their best games in the regional league this year and inflicted the first defeat on the first-placed team, Zlatibor.

In excellent form in both offense and defense, the Students already had a 24-point lead (52:28) after the first twenty minutes of play.

They continued in the same rhythm in the second half – for a final +41 (98:57).

With excellent team play, all players recorded minutes and points.

The most effective player of the match was Pero Kovačević with 23 points (and 8 rebounds). Captain Delalić played excellently, scoring 22 points (and 7 rebounds). Jure Zubac was also in double digits with 20 points.

West scored 8, Vrabac and Šalić 5 each, Marinković 4, Gutić 3, and Luke (8 assists), Underwood, Podojak, and Lutete scored two points each.

This great victory for the Students is an excellent prelude to the first semi-final match of the NLB ABA 2 League, which awaits them next week, against a well-known opponent – the team of Vojvodina from Novi Sad.
