Sarajevo defeated Posušje with three goals, Cvitanović already preparing for Velež

(Patria) - FK Sarajevo defeated Posušje 3-0 at Košev in the 22nd round of the Wwin league.

At the very opening of the match, we saw tentative probing, and in the 10th minute, Sarajevo threatened for the first time.

After one play, the ball came to Krdžalić, who shot from 20 meters but was not accurate.

Four minutes later, a great chance for the visitors from Posušje. A good cross from the right, Čuić avoided the offside trap and headed the ball from eight meters, but Banić intervened brilliantly.

It was the 15th minute when Sarajevo took the lead. Kuprešak took a corner, Ristovski was at the far post, headed the ball, and it ended up in the visitors' net from Posušje.

VAR was consulted, it was checked whether Gojković handled the ball after Ristovski's shot, but after the check, the goal was allowed.

There were no major excitements until the end. Sarajevo thus continued its excellent run, while Posušje, after two opening wins in the second part of the season, recorded its first defeat.

Sarajevo is in third place in the standings with 38 points, while Posušje is in eighth place with 21 points.

The coach of the Bordo team, Mario Cvitanović, is satisfied with the performance shown, but there is no rest. Preparations for the duel with Velež begin on Monday.
