Sarajevo takes all three points from Banja Luka

(Patria) - The first derby of today's 7th round of the BiH Premier League was played in Banja Luka between hosts Borac and Sarajevo.

The guests celebrated with 1:0 and secured important points, while the hosts were definitely disappointing, writes Faktor.ba.

Referee Jelić points to a penalty for the hosts in the 30th second. Despotović took the ball, but shot over the goal.

Sarajevo punished this in the 15th minute when Guliashvili scored from a free kick for 1:0.

In the 25th minute, a chance for Borac. Vukčević headed wide. Sarajevo responded through Lulić, but Manojlović saved.

Sarajevo could have made it 2:0 in the 40th minute. Lulić was alone at the edge of the penalty area, he shot, but very poorly.

Borac started the second half aggressively, Despotović shot, and then Srećković, but they were not accurate.

In the 62nd minute, a corner for Sarajevo, Mujkić was left alone, but he didn't connect well with the ball with his head and a great chance for Sarajevo was missed.

The question of the winner could have been decided in the 75th minute. The excellent Gulishavili shot from an angle, but the crossbar saved Borac. After that, Sarajevo threatened again through Anđušić, the score remained 1:0.

In the 78th minute, Borac threatened. Hrelja headed, but goalkeeper Rockov saved. Towards the end, there were chances, Srećković hit the post in the 90th minute, but there were no changes to the score.

The next round of the BiH Premier League will be played on Tuesday and Wednesday. Borac will visit Posušje, and Sarajevo will play the eternal derby against Željezničar.
