Sarajevo is in the spirit of the Dragons today, and all roads lead to Koševo

(Patria) - The capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina is once again gripped by football fever as the Dragons play tonight!

The Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team will face North Macedonia in a friendly match at Koševo at 8:30 PM.

It will be an opportunity for coach Sergej Barbarez to check the condition of the national team players in Sarajevo in front of a full stadium, the largest in BiH.

Barbarez will not be able to count on the injured Haris Tabaković and Ivan Šunjić tonight, while the other players are available and should all get a chance to play.

Since morning, jerseys and flags of our national team could be seen on the streets of the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. At this moment, a "river" of fans is heading towards the Koševo stadium.

BiH fans from different parts of the country, as well as the diaspora, have arrived in Sarajevo to support the national team ahead of the upcoming World Cup appearance.

Barbarez says that the match against North Macedonia will be an important test as part of the preparations and adds that it must be approached with utmost seriousness.

- The journey is important, but the center of everything is our fans. A full stadium in Sarajevo means a lot to me - said Barbarez.

He particularly highlighted his satisfaction with the great public interest, stating that tickets for the match are sold out.

After the match against the Macedonians, the Dragons travel to the USA where they will play another friendly match on June 6 in St. Louis - against Panama.
