NK Stupčanica's Reaction: Why is everyone allowed to choose a reserve stadium, but we are forbidden and denied the Premier League!?

(Patria) - Football Club Stupčanica has issued a public statement after failing to obtain a license for the Premier League of BiH.

The club from Olovo states that they earned their place in the Premier League of BiH honorably and on the field, but unfortunately lost it at the green table.

"Although we earned our place in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina honorably and on the field, unfortunately, we lost it at the green table. The second-instance licensing commission of the Football Association of BiH rejected our appeal, leaving our club without a license to compete in the top tier of BiH football.

During the licensing process, we registered two stadiums: Bilino Polje in Zenica and Grbavica in Sarajevo. We had the official consent of NK Čelik for Bilino Polje, but our application was rejected due to the alleged lack of consent from the Zenica city administration, even though such a practice was not mandatory in previous licensing processes. In the case of the Grbavica stadium, despite submitting complete documentation and consent, it was not considered at all," stated Stupčanica's press release.

They added: "Therefore, we rightfully ask the question: why are some allowed what is denied to others?

FK Igman Konjic, although from the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, played its home games in Kakanj, at a stadium in the Zenica-Doboj Canton.

FK Borac Banja Luka hosted matches in Modriča.

FK Sarajevo also played its home games precisely in Kakanj.

Given these examples, it is evident that moving home games to another canton is not a problem for some clubs, but it is for us," the reaction states.

Stupčanica concludes: "Our club had a sincere, clear, and serious intention to compete equally in the Premier League of BiH, but it seems we are not allowed to, not by sporting decisions, but by administrative ones.
Regardless of everything, we continue our journey in the WWin First League of the Federation of BiH, even stronger and more determined. Our goal remains the same: work, honesty, progress, and a return to the Premier League field, where our results rightfully place us! Thank you to all the fans, sports friends, and partners who stood by us. This is not the end, this is just a new stage of our fight."
