(Patria) - The average price per square meter of a finished sold apartment in RS in the fourth quarter of last year was 3,052 KM, while in Banja Luka it was as high as 3,936 KM.
Data from the RS Statistics Office show that the average price per square meter of a finished sold apartment in the last quarter of last year was 0.7 percent lower than in the same period of 2024.
In RS, 1,156 finished apartments were sold in the fourth quarter of last year, of which 292 were in Banja Luka.
The usable area of finished sold apartments in the observed period was 62,558 square meters.
