BiH Premier League: Željo from 0:2 to 3:2 at Grbavica

(Patria) - We watched a spectacular match between Željezničar and Borac from Banja Luka tonight at Grbavica in the derby of the 7th round of the BiH Premier League.

The Blues were losing 0:2, but found the strength for a great comeback and eventually defeated the team from Banja Luka with a score of 3:2, writes Faktor.

In this way, they celebrated the Maniacs' birthday (September 17th marks 104 years since the founding of the club from Grbavica) and at the same time took the top spot in the table.

After two half-chances for the home team, Borac threatened. After a mistake by the defense, Vuković rounded goalkeeper Muftić but hit the post.

Shortly after, Hrelja crossed, Savić shot from five meters, but Muftić saved the Blues.



Borac took the lead after half an hour of play. Hrelja set himself up and shot powerfully, and Seedorf deflected the ball into the net.

The goal was preceded by a controversial situation. The home team appealed for a foul after Lagumdžija fell. However, referee Haris Halkić did not whistle, and the goal was scored in the continuation of the play. There was no intervention from the VAR booth.

In the 37th minute, it was already 0:2. Savić was the scorer, assisted by Jojić.



Borac could have scored a third goal, but Vuković was not accurate, and the first half ended 0:2.

As they left the field, whistles were heard from the stands. The fans were clearly dissatisfied with what they had seen in the first 45 minutes.



At the start of the second half, Borac was more dangerous, but Berbić and Juričić did not hit the target.

In the 68th minute, Muftić saved Herrera's shot, and Juričić's attempt was blocked in the continuation of the play.



And then Željezničar woke up. In the 73rd minute, the first shot on Borac's goal resulted in a goal, scored by Šošić.

Cvetanoski scored for 2:2 after a solo run in the 83rd minute.



Borac then threatened from a free kick in the 86th minute, but Muftić saved Željo's goal with a spectacular save.

After a corner, the home team launched a counter-attack, and Jaganjac scored for 3:2 and a great comeback.
