FK Vojvodina President Zbiljić announces punishment for Lalatović over attack on Feđa Dudić

(Patria) - Dragoljub Zbiljić, president of FK Vojvodina, said that Nenad Lalatović, the coach of the Novi Sad club, will be punished for the attack on Feđa Dudić.

He confirmed this in an interview with Sportski žurnal.

- FK Vojvodina has initiated disciplinary proceedings against Nenad Lalatović, he will certainly be fined, and the funds from his fine will be paid into the fund for the fight against violence. We want to send a clear message that Vojvodina simply does not tolerate any violence, whether verbal or physical, and that we want to stand in protection of all those who may have been harmed - said Zbiljić for Sportski žurnal, adding:

- First of all, I take this opportunity to apologize to FK Radnički Kragujevac, with whom we have excellent communication and which is one of the clubs I have long singled out as special and with whom we cooperate well. I apologize for everything that happened. Towards the end of the match, a scuffle between the two coaches started, continued, and I think it does not befit Vojvodina, which was the host of the match, nor the head of our team's coaching staff, nor Radnički.

I think the match was very good and that we should have been talking about football, it was dynamic, with many duels, and not about the press conference...

I once again take the opportunity to apologize and to wish that in the future we play even better matches, and that everything off the field remains as it is. We spoke after the match as well, we have good communication, but what happened left a bitter taste on the match - concluded the first man of the Novi Sad club.

Let us recall, Lalatović attacked Dudić after the match Vojvodina - Radnički 1923, and disgusted the sports public with vile curses. At one point, Dudić said that Lalatović had also hit him.
