Right to vote in Croatian presidential elections has 3,762,221 voters

(Patria) - The right to vote for the President of Croatia on Sunday, December 29, has 3,762,221 voters, the Ministry of Justice, Administration and Digital Transformation announced this afternoon.

By the decision of the Minister of Justice, Administration and Digital Transformation, the voter list for the presidential elections has been finalized, which, compared to the same elections five years ago, has 92,526 fewer voters.

With residence in Croatia by municipalities and cities, there are 3,512,226 voters, of which 6,879 are previously registered, i.e., those who will vote abroad.

Just under 250,000 voters without residence in Croatia are actively registered, either ex officio or upon personal request.

The right to vote in the presidential elections has about 11,000 fewer voters than had the right to vote in the April elections for the Croatian Parliament.

In the elections for the President of Croatia, voters are offered eight candidates: Miro Bulj (Most), Tomislav Jonjić (independent), Ivana Kekin (Možemo), Branka Lozo (Domino), Zoran Milanović (SDP and partners), Dragan Primorac (HDZ and partners), independent candidate Marija Selak Raspudić, and independent candidate Niko Tokić Kartelo.
