Portugal stop Dragons in quarter-finals of European Championship B Division

(Patria) - The men's cadet (U-16) national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina was defeated today by Portugal in the quarter-finals of the European Championship B Division in Skopje.

The Portuguese took a tangible lead early in the opening minutes of the match (13:4), then closed the first quarter with a score of 23:10.

They did not relinquish the lead until the end of the game, ultimately defeating the team selected by coach Ahmet Pašalić with a final score of 76:61.

The top scorer for the winning team was Francisco Faria (22 points), while the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team was led by Imran Subašić (19).

In the continuation of the European Championship, our team will play matches for placement from fifth to eighth place.
