Due to the identified irregularities - engaging unregistered workers, operating without a permit, not having a fiscal device installed, and not recording turnover through a fiscal device - 124 premises were sealed and 520 penalty orders were issued with total fines amounting to 1,310,600.00 KM.
In the areas of Tuzla Canton and Sarajevo Canton, inspection supervision was completed with the assistance of Ministry of Internal Affairs officers in three cases.
The Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue to control the legality of taxpayers' operations and prevent the grey economy in the coming days, with a particular focus on the deregistration of workers from the Unified System.
Therefore, taxpayers with identified irregularities are urged to align their operations and comply with the laws to avoid sanctions and unnecessary costs.
