HIS MATERIAL GOT MIXED UP Konaković justified the incursion of the Serbian police with an agreement that prohibits it!

Elmedin Konaković, Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH, has proven countless times that what he talks about has no connection to reality, and with his latest statement in which he wants to explain that Bakir Izetbegović and Željko Komšić initialed a wide scope of possible cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia, thus enabling the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia to roam BiH whenever it wishes and when agreed with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS, is proof that Konaković has bigger problems with the opposition than with gross attacks on BiH by Serbia.

In doing so, he doesn't even read what is written in the Agreement initialed in 2010, which clearly states that the BiH Border Police is the competent authority for BiH's side.

In fact, Konaković spoke in his Facebook status about the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on Police Cooperation, with the aim of shifting responsibility from himself and the current authorities who have accepted the new normal, and who see nothing wrong with Serbian police patrolling the streets of Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically Republika Srpska, based on the decisions of the all-Serbian assembly. Because, the planned deployment of Serbian police was not supposed to happen based on the Agreement Konaković mentions, which he hasn't read.
He simply based it exclusively on signatures, and the desire to show how SDA and DF enabled such a thing clearly indicates that Konaković would easily get along with Vučić, Dačić, and Dodik, if only Izetbegović and Komšić weren't there (!?).

The BiH Presidency gave its consent in September 2010, when Haris Silajdžić sat in the Presidency alongside Željko Komšić. Bakir Izetbegović entered the BiH Presidency in November 2010. This agreement was also ratified by Denis Bećirović as a member of the Collegium of the BiH Parliament in 2011.

But, the Agreement is not the issue, because it has nothing to do with what Serbia and RS wanted to do.

Competent BiH Border Police

There is no mention of Republika Srpska or such cooperation in this agreement. This was an agreement between two states. The agreement is very good, and even desirable, and there is absolutely no room for Konaković's accusations.

The members of the Presidency at the time should be commended for this achievement because it resulted in an agreement between two states, while the Trojka (Three) allows Serbian police to roam the territory of BiH without this being mentioned in the agreement at all.

Unlike Konaković, the Minister of Defense Zukan Helez spoke more precisely and accurately about this problem, and he praised Ivica Dačić's decision not to send Serbian police to BiH after all, because in that case, the General Framework Agreement for Peace would definitely be violated by armed police officers of a foreign country entering the territory and legal system of BiH. Helez, as he stated, would request intervention from the EUFOR commander and the NATO headquarters representative in Sarajevo.

It is worth reminding how Konaković said that their arrival would change the bad practices of their predecessors.

He announced that they would be a "tougher nut to crack" in negotiations. However, Elmedin Konaković, president of People and Justice and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is servile, cooperative, and finds justification in 'those before' for every attack on BiH, even though all of that is far from the truth.
