(Patria) - The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Policy reminds that daylight saving time begins on the last Sunday in March, by advancing the clock by 60 minutes, so that 2 hours 00 minutes 00 seconds will be counted as 3 hours 00 minutes 00 seconds.

In accordance with the above, we inform the public that daylight saving time begins on Sunday, March 30, 2025, by advancing the clock by one hour, so that 2 hours 00 minutes 00 seconds will be counted as 3 hours 00 minutes 00 seconds.

On this occasion, the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Policy wishes to draw attention to the importance of occupational safety and health, especially during the summer months. High temperatures, sun exposure, and increased outdoor activity can pose a risk to workers' health.

Therefore, we ask all employers to take all necessary measures in a timely manner to ensure safe and healthy working conditions for their employees during the summer months.

This includes providing adequate protection from heat, regular breaks for rest and hydration, as well as adjusting work schedules to avoid the hottest parts of the day during summer.
