(Patria) - Construction of a residential building intended for citizens whose properties were destroyed due to floods and landslides is starting in Gornja Kolonija in Jablanica, and the contractor has been introduced to the site.
This is a project of exceptional importance for the local community, which will permanently solve the housing issue for eight families who suffered significant material damage, the municipality announced.
The Municipality of Jablanica has obtained and provided the land, as well as all the necessary construction permits, thus creating the conditions for the realization of this significant project.
Project value: 1,073,273 KM
The Federal Ministry of Displaced Persons and Refugees is the implementer of the project, i.e., the funds provided by the United Arab Emirates, and has completed the entire tender procedure, including the selection of contractors and supervision. The contractor is the company "GPI" d.o.o. Konjic, while the technical supervision is carried out by "Radis" d.o.o. Istočno Sarajevo.
The total contracted value of the project is 1,073,273 KM, and the construction of a residential building with a total of eight apartments is planned.
The deadline for the completion of the works is 300 days
