The Blues from Grbavica got new management: Admir Tunović is the new president of Željezničar

(Patria) - The regular session of the FK Željezničar Assembly was held in the Blue Hall at the Grbavica stadium, where delegates elected the new management of the Club and actively discussed the current situation and plans for the future.

After adopting the agenda and minutes from the last session, the next item on the agenda was the Report on the work of the Emergency Committee, whose mandate expired at this evening's session.

The report was presented by the president of the Committee, Oro Ibrišimović, and was unanimously adopted.

Then, the delegates elected the new president and new members of the Management Board.

The new president of the Management Board is Admir Tunović, a former member of the Emergency Committee, and the members of the Management Board are: Elvedin Grabovica, Adnan Mataradžija, Ilijas Kovačević, Ahmed Salčin, Asmir Dževlan, Enis Džafić, Damir Dinarević, and Jasmin Badžak.

- We have a team that knows what it means to create value, who have successful careers and do not need publicity. The desire is to eliminate publicity from the management, I just want us to work and achieve concrete results.



This is an opportunity for this management to make a step forward, and the desire is to create an environment of character where we will be attractive to people whose careers are on the rise, rather than being a training ground for reviving careers, not only in sports but also in other fields.

It is clear that after such a season, changes are a natural cycle, and we will not have the luxury of success simply being to secure survival and achieve financial stability.

We must have an approach with several focuses; the sports segment, infrastructure, finances, administration, and the youth academy must develop in parallel. There is no single one of these five focuses that can be singled out without endangering another.

Things must move in parallel. The decisions we will make will probably cause some revolt at times, but I guarantee that every decision will be in accordance with the club's interests.

Simply put, the previous season must change us and make us learn something from it. It is natural to make cuts because the club is above the interests of any individual - said Tunović.

The report of the Working Group responsible for the public call was presented by Adi Bikić. The negotiation team is in contact with several interested individuals and legal entities.

By a new decision of the Assembly, the deadline for the public call has been extended until August 2024, while at the same time, the negotiation team is authorized to begin negotiations with all interested parties who have already responded to the public call.
