After that, PSG players asked for a penalty due to a handball by Bukayo Saka, but they did not get it.

Until the end of the first half, another shot by Fabian Ruiz can be highlighted. This time, the Spaniard headed the ball but did not make good contact.

PSG had to start the second half stronger. Hakimi shot directly from a free kick in the 55th minute, but Raya was in the right place.

Cristhian Mosquera was careless in the 63rd minute and brought down Desiree Doue in the penalty area. Daniel Siebert pointed to the spot, and Ousmane Dembele was sure to equalize for PSG.

Even after the equalizer, the Parisians had the initiative on the field. A chance by Kvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 77th minute stands out, when he brilliantly ran a counterattack and shot, hitting the post from a block.

The second extra period did not bring much excitement; both sides were quite cautious. Attempts by Timber and Gyokeres can be highlighted, but there was no great danger to PSG's goal or a change in the score.

The drama reached its peak when the final went to penalties. In the penalty shootout, PSG was better (4:3) and thus defended the European champion title.
