
(Patria) - The Super-G race of the World Cup was held today in Crans-Montana, Switzerland.
The best Bosnian-Herzegovinian alpine skier Elvedina Muzaferija competed with bib number 27.
The course was extremely demanding, as was evident in the training sessions in recent days, and a number of retirements were seen during the race.
Muzaferija managed to cross the finish line with a time of 1:18.78, which was enough for 18th place at that moment.
After the remaining competitors finished their runs, the best BiH skier took 22nd place and earned another nine points.
Overall standings: Muzaferija in 22nd place
The victory went to Switzerland's Malorie Blanc with a time of 1:17.34, while Italy's Sofia Goggia (1:17.52) and America's Breezy Johnson (1:17.70) also took podium spots.
