(Patria) - Football Club (NK) Čelik Zenica announced today that it has initiated and completed the procedure for protecting rights related to the club's name, crest, sports equipment, as well as other items marketed under the club's symbols, at the Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH.
This step represents an important segment in the process of further legal and organizational strengthening of the club, with the aim of protecting its identity, but also preventing all forms of unauthorized and illegal use of club symbols, NK Čelik Zenica stated.
Particular focus of this protection relates to cases of illegal sale of items with club insignia, as well as the sale of food and beverages related to the club, which are not organized, approved, or controlled by NK Čelik Zenica.
NK Čelik Zenica invited all fans, sympathizers, and friends of the club to freely report all observed abuses, unauthorized sales, or illegal use of club symbols from this moment on via the official email address: [email protected].
Protecting the name, crest, and identity is not only a legal matter but also a matter of respect for the history, tradition, and common struggle for our club. Thank you to everyone who, through their responsible actions, helps preserve the dignity and integrity of NK Čelik Zenica, the Zenica club added.
