
(Patria) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's top skier Elvedina Muzaferija finally won new points on the third day of the World Cup competition in Norway's Kvitfjell.
After failing to score points in the downhill on Friday and Saturday, she managed to earn new World Cup points in the super-G today.
Muzaferija started with bib number 27 and crossed the finish line with a time of 1:32.21, which was enough for 24th place, thus earning 7 new points. She now has a total of 23 points in the super-G, moving from 33rd to 31st position in the discipline standings.
In the overall World Cup standings, Muzaferija now has 29 points and jumped nine places to 82nd position.
The overall leader Federica Brignone won with a time of 1:30.11, followed by the best super-G skier and second-ranked skier in the world Lara Gut-Behrami (1:30.17). Sofia Goggia finished third with a time of 1:30.20.
