Muzaferija without points in Austrian St. Anton

(Patria) - The best BiH skier Elvedina Muzaferija competed today in the downhill race in Austrian St. Anton.

She started from position 24 and finished with a time of 1:17.80. At the moment she crossed the finish line, this was enough for 20th place.

Muzaferija had a good start to the race and had a two-hundredths of a second advantage at the first split, which she lost later in the race.

Our skier dropped to 34th place by the end of the race, which was still not enough for her to earn new points in the downhill.

In the end, she was 1.72 seconds behind the winner Federica Brignone.

The Italian won with a time of 1:16.08. Second place went to Switzerland's Malorie Blanc (1:16.15), while third was Czech Ester Ledecka (1:16.26).

Let us remind you, Muzaferija reached 25th position in the first downhill race in American Beaver Creek on December 14th.

A Super-G race is scheduled for tomorrow, in which Muzaferija will seek her first points in the discipline.
