Musemić after returning: Sarajevo is a big club and deserves to return to where it belongs

(Patria) - At today's press conference in the ceremonial salon "Svetozar Vujović", FK Sarajevo officially presented the new head of the coaching staff - legendary Husref Musemić.

Musemić returns to the bench of the Bordo team for the sixth time, the club with which he wrote some of the most glorious pages in his playing and coaching career.

Media representatives had the opportunity to hear Musemić's first impressions after his return, as well as plans for the upcoming period, including the upcoming match against Posušje.

The return to Koševo marks the beginning of a new era under the leadership of the experienced strategist, and the expectations of the public and fans are, as expected, high.

First, Krste Velkoski, technical director of FK Sarajevo, briefly addressed the press.

"Before I give the floor to the head coach, I want to clarify some things. In agreement with the head coach, we wanted the press conference to be today, so that the team could be at peace and get acquainted with the team. With maximum effort from our employees, Ljajić has been officially registered. I want to take this opportunity to greet the fans and invite them to tomorrow's match. After him, the experienced expert Husref Musemić took the floor.

"Thank you for your attitude, I would like to take the opportunity to thank the people at the club for allowing me to return to my club where I experienced very nice things. When it comes to the team, we didn't have much time, we did three or four training sessions, I can't say much. I want to greet the fans and I know what victories and defeats mean to them. I would also ask for support for the club and for us to get out of the results crisis as soon as possible. It is normal for it to happen, it is neither the first nor the last. The goal is to resolve it as soon as possible."

"As for me, I have never lacked motivation. I am rarely satisfied, sometimes even unrealistic, but we will do everything to make the fans and the people at the club happy if I achieve the set goals. Sarajevo is a big club and deserves to return to where it belongs. I have a pretty good insight, I followed everything, everything is happening quickly, everything is new, we have one more training session and we tried to prepare as best as possible. We don't have any major problems when it comes to the squad."

Adem Ljajić and you came together, what condition is he in?

"He is in pretty good condition, I know him as a player and he will certainly be an additional quality. He will help us achieve better results, as well as the young players who will mature with him. I talked to him, he played European matches, he was a bit tired, but I think he possesses quality, I was able to convince myself of that."

Have you decided who will be the U-21 player, which is definitely a problem this season for both Sarajevo clubs?

"We have six or seven players who meet the conditions, we have players, it's up to us to solve it in the best way, probably tomorrow it will be Krdžalić who will satisfy, we have the possibility to react. I don't see it as a problem and they are there to be solved."
