(Patria) - The best Bosnian-Herzegovinian skier Elvedina Muzaferija will race down the slope in Crans Montana today, competing in the last World Cup downhill race before the Olympic Games.
Muzaferija approaches the competition in Crans Montana with optimism, given that she achieved the 22nd fastest time in training, once again demonstrating that it is one of her favorite skiing destinations. In February 2024, she achieved a historic result on this slope, finishing in fourth place and earning fifty points, which also qualified her for the FIS World Cup finals in the 2023/2024 season.
- I always feel very good on skis in Crans-Montana, and it is indeed my favorite slope in the FIS World Cup. I am satisfied with the practice run, which showed that I can achieve good results here - said Muzaferija.
The downhill race is scheduled to start at 10 AM, and Muzaferija will have bib number 42. A total of 48 skiers are registered to start.
