Mostar's Zrinjski in the BiH Cup semi-finals

(Patria) - Zrinjski players have qualified for the BiH Cup semi-finals after tonight's 3-2 victory over GOŠK in the second leg of the quarter-finals.

The Mostar team thus advanced with an aggregate score of 5:3.

From the very beginning of the match, Zrinjski had the initiative and created chances in front of the guests' goal.

GOŠK's goalkeeper reacted excellently on several occasions and saved his net, especially after attempts by Nalić and Majić.

However, the home team's pressure paid off in the 34th minute when Mikić managed to beat Topić and give Zrinjski the lead.

Towards the end of the first half, Majić hit the post, so the teams went into halftime with a minimal lead for the hosts.

In the second half, Zrinjski doubled their lead. After Topić saved Nalić's shot, the ball rebounded to Ćuže, who sent it into the net in the 56th minute for 2:0.

GOŠK managed to reduce the deficit in the 70th minute. Čoko shot from the edge of the penalty area, and goalkeeper Sajko did not react well, so the ball ended up in the net for 2:1.

The guests equalized in the 86th minute when Prskalo hit the target with a precise shot from about 15 meters for 2:2.

However, the guests' celebration was short-lived, as in the very next attack, Ćavar scored from a corner for the final 3:2 and confirmed Zrinjski's passage to the semi-finals.
