(Patria) - The BiH national basketball team plays an eighth-final EuroBasket match against Poland in Riga today.
This is an opportunity for the Dragons to repeat the historical feat of our national team from 1993, when the BiH selection won eighth place at the European Championship.
- The form is improving from game to game, you haven't seen the best of BiH yet. I don't see a reason why we can't play like we did against Georgia, or even better. A drama is being made about when the game is played.
As far as I'm concerned, we can play at 5 AM, we don't have a problem with that. The only problem is for the fans who have to go to the game early - says BiH center Jusuf Nurkić.
The match Poland - Bosnia and Herzegovina starts at 11:00 AM.
The winner of the match will play against Turkey in the quarterfinals.
