Mirvić convenes meeting and invites all league clubs

(Patria) - President of FK Sarajevo Ismir Mirvić has sent a letter to all BiH clubs and an invitation to a meeting.

After the quarter-final match of the BiH Cup between Sarajevo and Borac was interrupted, Mirvić announced a "fight for the salvation of BiH football".

He scheduled the meeting for Tuesday, 19 March, at 2:00 PM at the Marriott Hotel in Sarajevo, and the BiH Professional Footballers' Union also received an invitation.

- I wish to inform you, and at the same time invite you to a meeting that will be held on Tuesday, 19 March, at 2:00 PM in the conference hall of the Marriott Hotel Sarajevo.

The meeting will be dedicated to current issues concerning our football, with a special focus on preventing corruption, fighting against monopolism and injustice in sports, and promoting fair play.

As representatives of various clubs, I believe it is essential that we first discuss this topic, and then unite and take concrete steps in the fight against all forms of dishonesty in football. These problems undermine the integrity of competitions, our sport, and cause harm to all players, clubs, and fans.

At the meeting, we will have the opportunity to exchange opinions and discuss concrete actions we can take as a group to ensure transparency, integrity, and fairness in our football community. Your presence and active participation in the meeting is crucial in order to achieve our common goal. After all, we are all in the same business, we all have the same goal - why shouldn't we be able to achieve results honestly through our work?

Please confirm your attendance no later than Monday, 18 March, so that we can adequately organise the meeting.
