Milošević: An important match awaits us, and the most important one for Džeko

(Patria) - The coach of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team, Savo Milošević, is satisfied with the situation in the BiH A team ahead of the Euro playoff match against Ukraine. Regarding injuries, he said they are satisfied, and that Nemanja Bilbija arrived with a minor injury.

"Kenan Pirić has a knock, but he will be okay, he is currently on his way, arriving, so as far as injuries are concerned, apart from Adrian Leon Barišić, everyone else is, thank God, well, so that is the most important thing and the biggest reason for the good mood," Milošević said.

He believes that the BiH team can have an advantage in tactical discipline and set pieces, as well as due to playing on home turf.

He also emphasized that this is a very important match for every player, one that happens once in a lifetime because qualifying for the Euro is a big deal.

"This is the most important match for Džeko, he is 38 years old and going to a major competition is a big thing. He and Pjanić haven't been to the Euros, this is a match for every player that happens once in a lifetime, the motivation should be at the highest possible level. I am absolutely sure from conversations with them that they are coming with a huge desire. The importance and weight of the match, we will talk about it, it will not be easy due to the pressure and the quality of the opponent, but all of that can be overcome. I have talked a lot about previous matches where I insisted that we deserved some things, perhaps partly we did, and partly we didn't. That will come back to us here, we have to be prepared for everything this team has missed in the previous two matches. If we want a good result, we will have to pay here, and that implies a huge sacrifice," said the coach.

The match Bosnia and Herzegovina - Ukraine will be played on March 21 in Zenica at the Bilino polje stadium starting at 8:45 PM.
