Marko Šljivić to compete for Bosnia and Herzegovina in giant slalom today

(Patria) - Bosnian skier Marko Šljivić will compete today at the Winter Olympic Games Milano Cortina 2026. The start of the first giant slalom race is scheduled for 10:00 AM.

Šljivić will ski giant slalom today, and slalom on Monday.

A total of five athletes represent Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. In alpine skiing, Elvedina Muzaferija, Esma Alić, and Marko Šljivić, while in cross-country skiing, there are Strahinja Erić and Teodora Delipara.

Our best female skier, three-time Olympian Elvedina Muzaferija, achieved an outstanding result two days ago, finishing in 16th place in the Super-G race on the extremely demanding Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic course.
