Luka Menalo new player of Sarajevo

(Patria) - Football Club (FC) Sarajevo officially confirmed tonight the engagement of occasional Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player Luka Menalo, who arrives at Koševo from Rijeka.

From the Bordeaux club they stated that Menalo is a player who can cover both wing positions.

In his career so far, he has collected more than 350 appearances and has ten won trophies. Last season, as a member of Rijeka, he won the double crown.

In the current season, he has played a total of 27 matches, scoring four goals.

Menalo also has significant national team experience. For the senior national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, he recorded 16 appearances and scored three goals.

Menalo is contracted to FC Sarajevo for two and a half years, with an option to extend for an additional season. He will wear the number 7 on his back.



There is no doubt that Menalo will be a great reinforcement for Sarajevo, which has big ambitions in the second part of the season.

The team from Koševo is in third place after the first part of the championship with 29 points won. The continuation of the season starts next week, and Radnik from Bijeljina arrives at Koševo.
