(Patria) - The race in Barcelona, officially named "Race for Solidarity with Valencia," marked the end of one of the most exciting seasons in Moto GP competition - the premier class.
With a third-place finish in this race, Jorge Martin became the new king, winning the title in the strongest class of the Moto GP championship.

His biggest and only rival, Pecco Bagnaia, won today's race as well, but it wasn't enough for him to overtake Martin at the top of the competitive caravan.
Martin's success is even greater because he achieved it with a victory in a private team that, unlike Ducati, does not have its own engine.
Prima Pramac Racing is Martin's team, but he received equal chances from Ducati until the end, just like Bagnaia.
Martin was born in Madrid on January 29, 1998.
