Basketball Dragons Test Strength Against Montenegro Tonight for Eurobasket

(Patria) - The basketball representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina continue their preparations for the upcoming Eurobasket, and as part of this, they will play another friendly match.

The opponent will be the national team of Montenegro, and the match is scheduled for today, in Sarajevo's Skenderija, starting at 6 PM.

The match will not be televised, which is an agreement between the two teams.

Let's recall, the team led by coach Adis Bećiragić recently played against the national team of Serbia in Belgrade, where they suffered a defeat with a score of 126:89.

The duel with Montenegro will be an opportunity for redemption in front of the home crowd.

Nurkić Calls on Fans to Attend the Match

Bosnia and Herzegovina's basketball representative Jusuf Nurkić, via the Facebook page of the Basketball Federation of BiH, invited fans of the BiH national team to come to Skenderija on Sunday and support their team in the friendly match against Montenegro.

- We are preparing extensively for Montenegro. I invite the fans to fill Skenderija. We will play two home games before Eurobasket, and I think this is an ideal opportunity for the players and fans to get to know each other even better – said Nurkić.

The BiH – Montenegro match will be played on Sunday, August 10th, at 6 PM in the "Mirza Delibašić" hall of KSC Skenderija in Sarajevo.

Bosnia and Herzegovina's basketball players will compete in Eurobasket from August 27th to September 14th, which is being held this year in Latvia, Finland, Cyprus, and Poland.

Bosnia and Herzegovina will play in Group C, along with the group host Cyprus, Greece, Georgia, Italy, and Spain. The top four teams from each group will advance to the Round of 16 of Eurobasket.
