Bosnia and Herzegovina basketball players face Georgia today for a spot in the EuroBasket round of 16

(Patria) - The basketball national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina plays a decisive match against Georgia today at 14:00 in the last round of the EuroBasket group stage. A victory brings the Dragons a place among the 16 best teams, and with Greece's triumph over Spain, they could even finish third in the group.

Coach Adis Bećiragić's players have defeated Cyprus and Greece so far in the championship, while they were defeated by Spain and Italy. The coach says that concentration and a better shooting percentage, especially from the free-throw line, will be decisive.

"The most prepared and mentally strongest will win," said Bećiragić. Amar Alibegović, one of the most consistent players of the national team, thinks similarly, emphasizing that the Dragons must play at their own pace for all 40 minutes.

According to bookmakers' estimates, Georgia is a slight favorite, but an even and dramatic match is expected. The BiH and Georgia duel will be broadcast by Arena Sport, Sport Klub, and FTV.
