Who has left SBB or been "expelled" from the Alliance so far

A number of high-ranking members have left the Alliance for a Better Future of Fahrudin Radončić in just the last few months, as well as a large number of municipal councilors in several cities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, writes the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

The political party founded in 2009 by the Sarajevo media magnate received a solid number of votes from voters in the General Elections the following year. People were enthusiastic about the new idea, the messages of "new faces - new BiH"...

However, although announced as a locomotive that would strongly pull Bosnia and Herzegovina towards the European Union, into economic and social reforms, at a time when other parties were unable to do so, it seems that Radončić's machinery, despite a good result in the 2014 elections, is unfortunately beginning to crumble.

And not only in terms of more prominent names, but also membership.

Emir Kabil, a respected BiH doctor, a world-renowned heart specialist, who left SBB due to dissatisfaction with many of Radončić's decisions, was not on the lists for the state Parliament.

Primarily because the founder of SBB allowed incompetent party members to shape the party's policy in the Tuzla Canton, while Kabil's opinion was disregarded.

Out of 13 deputies in the FBiH Parliament, as many as six people have left SBB. One of the most productive federal deputies in the 2010-2014 term, Mirza Ustamujić, has also left the Alliance. Deputies Omer Hećimović, Nihad Alikadić, Hazim Kapić, Zijad Alajbegović, and Aida Čikić have also turned their backs on SBB.

The last former SBB state deputies who left the Alliance are Ismeta Dervoz and Adnan Bašić. In fact, it was announced that Radončić expelled them from SBB because they applied for the so-called "white bread" – receiving a salary from the state treasury for 12 months after leaving the Federal Parliament.

Both later explained that SBB had misled the public. Bašić, as a pensioner, is not entitled to "white bread," while Dervoz is entitled to only two salaries after leaving the position of state deputy, after which she goes into regular retirement.

- The discreditation began six months ago. By order of Fahrudin Radončić, no one was allowed to contact us - Bašić explained the reasons for leaving SBB.

Muhamed Ramović, the long-time mayor of Goražde Municipality, was also "kicked out" of SBB.

From cantonal Assemblies, Alija Azabegić and Salih Šabović from Tuzla Canton, Sabina Gušo from Bosansko-podrinjski Canton, Kenan Ademović and Naser Nabil from Sarajevo Canton left SBB long ago. Some of them have not yet received their discharge papers from the party. They are formally members of SBB. Among those who are no longer counted on is Dragan Vikić, who received 6,500 votes in the election for the mayor of Centar Municipality. There was no place for him on the lists.

Among the municipal councilors who have left SBB so far are Ekrem Ibrahimović, Bahrudin Ahmetagić, Munir Dumonjić, Zehra Japalak-Hamzić, Haris Fazlagić, Edina Latif, Nedim Dizdarević, Dženana Hadžimahmutović, Mirza Varenikić, Ajla Milišić, Delila Novokmet, Enver Muharemović, Alma Jašarević, Hamza Zornić...
