Kipruto and Jevtić winners of the Bingo Konjic Cener, Gutić and Alagić national champions

(Patria) - The winner of the "Bingo Konjic Cener" at this year's "Konjic Summer Fest" in the men's category is Stanley Kipruto from Kenya. Second place was won by Ivan Bubnov from Montenegro, and third by Uroš Gutić from Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the women's category, first place was won by Olivera Jevtić from Serbia, second by Emina Alagić, and third by Alma Hrnjić, both from Bosnia and Herzegovina, reported radiokonjic.ba. Kipruto ran the 10 km in 31 minutes and 33 seconds.

"This is my third victory in Konjic. I enjoy participating and running here, the course is exceptionally well laid out. I came to the championship to enjoy it, but I am very satisfied with both the result and the placement," said Jevtić.

First place in the relay race "Ibis Rely Race" was won by Ersan Bijedić from Čapljina and Edina Harbinja from Sarajevo. Second place was won by Alma Alijagić from Sarajevo and Semir Beglerović from Mostar, and third place was taken by Anđela Talić and Marin Talić from Mostar.

Awards were also given to the most successful competitors at the national and federal championships in the 10,000 meters. The national champion is Uroš Gutić, and the national champion is Emina Alagić.

"Konjic Summer Fest" is held as part of the "Konjic Summer" event and under the patronage of the City of Konjic. Before the start of the main program, the attending competitors and guests were addressed by the Mayor of Konjic, Osman Ćatić.

"I am glad that this event is being held for the sixth time in our city. Every year we have more participants, and on this occasion I congratulate the people from AK 'Pace' on the organization, and I wish all participants a pleasant stay in Konjic and that they return again in the coming years," said Mayor Ćatić.

About 500 competitors in three races from 11 countries ran through Konjic, and from Konjic, 52 competitors participated, said Mahir Mujić, director of the "Konjic Summer Fest".

"I want to thank everyone who contributed to the event. This year we have about 1000 participants in six races, and I can say that everything went smoothly," said Mujić.
