Kamenjaš leaves Podgorica, agrees transfer to Dubai

(Patria) - BiH national team player Kenan Kamenjaš has agreed to a transfer to Dubai, regional media report.

According to Sportklub, our basketball player has definitely left Budućnost and is expected to soon finalize the transfer to Dubai, which was reportedly agreed upon even before the ABA League final series in which the Podgorica club was defeated by Partizan.

Besides Kenan Kamenjaš, McKinley Wright, his best teammate from the Montenegrin giant, will also go to Dubai from Budućnost.

McKinley Wright, despite having problems with a foot injury, was a key factor in the semi-final triumph against Crvena zvezda. His fighting spirit was never in doubt, even when he played through pain in the final series.

Kenan Kamenjaš, on the other hand, dominated throughout the season and left an indelible mark on the game of the Podgorica team.

Ambitious Dubai, which is investing significant funds in creating a competitive team, has already signed Aleksa Avramović, and according to regional media reports, is very close to signing Džanan Musa.

All this indicates that the UAE club is seriously building a roster capable of facing the challenges in the Euroleague and ABA League.
