Contract Expired: Jusuf Nurkić Says Goodbye to Utah Jazz

(Patria) - Bosnian and Herzegovinian national team basketball player Jusuf Nurkić said goodbye to the Utah Jazz after his contract expired.

In a message shared on social media, he thanked the fans for their support, as well as the organization for the opportunity.

Let us remind you, Nurkić arrived in Utah from the Charlotte Hornets in the summer of 2025, when he was traded for Collin Sexton.



He played a total of 41 games for the Utah Jazz, averaging 10.9 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 4.8 assists.

He has not been on the court since the end of February. It was then confirmed that Nurkić would undergo nose surgery, which kept him off the court until the end of the current season.

This summer, after recovering from his injury, the BiH national team player will begin his search for a new club.
