
(Patria) - The Disciplinary Committee of the Football Association (FA) of BiH at today's session in Sarajevo considered the request for confirmation of disciplinary sanctions imposed by the competent disciplinary body on Ibrahim Hasanbegović and Eldin Baković.
By the aforementioned final decisions of the competent disciplinary body, Ibrahim Hasanbegović, due to serious and repeated disciplinary offenses from Articles 78, 79, 82, and 84, paragraphs (3) and (4) of the Disciplinary Rules of the NS/FS BiH, has been banned from the football organization, along with a fine of 5,000 KM.
Eldin Baković, for a combination of disciplinary offenses from Article 79, paragraph (1), Article 78 in conjunction with Articles 34 and 38, Article 82, paragraph (1), and Article 84, paragraph (3) of the Disciplinary Rules of the FA BiH, has been given a unified penalty of a two-year ban from performing functions, as well as a fine of 1,500 KM.
Reviewing the case, the Disciplinary Committee of the FA BiH concluded that these are serious disciplinary offenses, and the imposed disciplinary sanctions are proportionate to the committed offenses.
The Disciplinary Committee of the FA BiH confirmed the decisions permanently banning Ibrahim Hasanbegović from the football organization, and Eldin Baković from performing functions and working in football for a period of two years.
